Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns:
- Accepted within 28 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened beauty or skincare products

Refunds:
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or selected sale items.
